4. Register the order reference

This step serves to inform seQura of the final order reference or order number. Shops that have not informed seQura about the order reference in the start solicitation step must do so as soon as the order has been confirmed or put on hold. The purpose is to allow stores to run this sequence:

1. Put the order on hold or confirm it with SeQura
2. Persist order and generate order reference
3. Update SeQura's order object with the store's order reference.

This API call is identical to the previous call, but this time with the merchant_reference.order_ref_1 set. An extra reference may be provided, in the optional field merchant_reference.order_ref_2.
