Ready to go live? Great! First, contact our integrations team so we can verify everything's working as it should.

Reply to the email that sent you your Sandbox credentials, or reach out via our Technical Support Portal.

Once we review your setup, we'll send you an email with your Live credentials and instructions.

Here's how to switch to production in WooCommerce → seQura:

  • In Connection Settings, update your password with the one from our email (use the link we send you).
  • Switch the environment from Sandbox to Live (Production).
  • In General Settings, clear out Allowed IP Addresses so everyone can see seQura.

Operational Procedures

How orders work

Once seQura is live, your customers can choose our flexible payment methods at checkout. Orders paid through seQura will appear as Processing.


Mark orders as shipped

When you ship an order, mark it as Completed in WooCommerce. This tells seQura to kick off payments, send instructions to your customers, and handle disbursements.


Data sync

SeQura communicates with the client, so it sometimes can detect errors in the personal data included in the order: incorrect email addresses, incorrect invoice or delivery addresses, etc. In these cases the info is modified in SeQura’s data base and it communicates it to the e-commerce.

You should also modify this info in your backoffice to avoid repeated errors when sending the shipping reports or when communicating with the platform in any other way. Prestashop allows modifying any of this info through Administration → Orders. If the info is related to any product or delivery address, you can click the “Modify” button. Otherwise, if it’s related to the client’s info such as email address, you will see a “See more“ link in the client info section. Click on it and modify the desired info.
