How Prime works

seQura Prime is a customer-acquisition service that puts your brand and your products in front of millions of shoppers across the seQura ecosystem — our app, our website, and our shopping experiences. We reward shoppers with cashback for buying from you, driving new sales and repeat visits — and you only pay when a sale is confirmed.

Prime is built on a simple performance model: no fees for impressions or clicks, no traditional affiliate-network middlemen. You set the terms, we bring the visibility.

What Prime gives you

• Discovery across the seQura ecosystem — your brand and products surface in the seQura app, website, and search, in front of an engaged, high-intent audience.
• Cashback that drives loyalty — shoppers earn rewards (such as Qoins) for buying from you, which brings them back.
• Pay only for results — you set your own cashback/commission and pay only on confirmed sales.
• Works with any checkout — shoppers pay on your site with their preferred method. Using seQura as a payment method is not required to take part.

The two ways to appear in Prime

Prime is growing. Today it offers two complementary capabilities:

1. Affiliate program

Our own affiliate system rewards shoppers with cashback when they buy from you. You install it through a plugin for your e-commerce platform (PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento 2, and more), set your cashback, and your brand becomes discoverable across the seQura ecosystem.

2. SmartSearch

SmartSearch lets shoppers search for merchants and products directly inside the seQura app and website. To have your products show up in search results — not just your brand — you upload your product catalog to the Merchant Portal.

How it works, step by step

1. Set your cashback — choose your own cashback/commission percentage. You stay in control and can adjust it whenever you want. A higher cashback typically means more visibility and better conversion.
2. Get discovered — your brand (and, with SmartSearch, your products) appears across the seQura app, website, and search.
3. Shoppers buy on your site — customers complete the purchase on your store using their preferred payment method.
4. Confirmed sale, everyone wins — once the sale is validated, you pay the agreed cashback and the shopper receives their reward. Repeat purchases follow.

Billing

You're only billed for confirmed sales, and you have a window to account for cancellations and returns before anything is invoiced.

• Confirmation window — each sale can be confirmed or cancelled during the month of the purchase plus the following month (up to two months). Sales cancelled within this window are never billed.
• Invoicing — once the window closes, seQura issues a single invoice for all non-cancelled sales at the beginning of the next month. Invoices include VAT at the applicable rate (21%).
• Example — a sale made in March is validated throughout March and April, and invoiced at the start of May.
