When the integrations department completes the review, we will inform you if any changes are needed. Otherwise, we'll grant your store access to the live seQura app and send the seQura welcome email with all the necessary information.

To switch to live:

Uninstall seQura Sandbox from Integrations → Applications. There's no need to touch the SeQura payment method — it will be reconfigured automatically in the next step, keeping your zones, position, and product settings.
Install the seQura app from the gallery and authorize it, just like before.
Open the app page and check it shows Connected with your merchant reference.
That's it — the SeQura payment method under Settings → Checkout → Payments now processes real payments.

Don't mix sandbox and live
Keeping both apps installed leaves the payment method pointing at whichever environment set it up last, and payments will be rejected. If that happens, uninstall the app you don't need and open the remaining app's page once — it will repair the configuration automatically.
